Inside Self Storage World Expo 2027

The Inside Self-Storage World Expo is an annual conference and trade show in Las Vegas for self-storage owners, managers, developers and investors. It pairs seminars and workshops with an exhibit hall of industry suppliers, and it is run by Informa Markets' Inside Self-Storage brand.

Inside Self Storage World Expo runs March 30–April 2, 2027 at Caesars Forum Conference Center, Las Vegas.

What it is

The ISS World Expo is the conference and trade show of Inside Self-Storage, a brand run by Informa Markets that also publishes ISS Magazine and runs the Self-Storage Talk online community. The organizer describes the expo as an education and networking event "for self-storage managers, owners, developers and investors." It combines concurrent seminars, intensive workshops, peer-to-peer learning and an exhibit hall of product and service suppliers. The exhibit hall aims to bring together "the full spectrum of industry suppliers, service providers and consultants."

Education and exhibit dates differ

The four dates cover the education program. The exhibit hall is open only on the middle two days:

• Education: March 30–April 2, 2027
• Exhibits: March 31–April 1, 2027
• Exhibit hall hours: Wednesday, March 31, 3–7 p.m.; Thursday, April 1, 1–5 p.m.

The first and last days are education-only, with no exhibit hall.

Program formats

The organizer says 2027 details are still being prepared. The most recent program included:

• a keynote, seminars organized into topic tracks, and half-day workshops
• Table Talks (moderated roundtables) and Q&A sessions organized by business sector
• "Overtime With the Experts," where attendees follow up with speakers after each seminar
• a full-day Storage Redefined Masterclass on specialized real estate beyond traditional self-storage
• on the floor, an Exhibitor Theater of 20-minute product demos and a Preview Pavilion giving early access to selected exhibitors

Registration includes access to the Map Your Show planner for building a personal agenda. The planner needs its own login, separate from expo registration.
