PM Springfest runs April 15, 2027 at Toronto Congress Centre, Toronto.

What it is

The organizer bills PM Springfest as "the hub for Toronto's property management industry." It is a one-day conference and expo for property managers, building owners, facility managers, plant engineers and developers. Exhibitors cover smart building technology, energy management, construction services, building exteriors and roofing. Informa Connect runs it, and the organizer says it has been the place for industry leaders to connect with property managers "for over 20 years."

The education program is built around five themes: sustainability and high-performance buildings; building management and asset value; economics, legal and regulatory risk; technology and smart spaces; and workforce and leadership.

Hours on the day (Thursday)

• Registration: 7:30am–3:00pm
• Conference: 8:30am–1:30pm
• Exhibit hall: 9:30am–2:00pm

The day includes lunch, and the post-event Management Mixer networking reception is included only with the All Access Pass. On-site parking at the venue is free, and the TTC serves the venue by transit.

Continuing education

Selected sessions carry credits, though the organizer notes that accreditations can change:

• BOMI CPD credits: one credit for each eligible session attended
• CMRAO CPE credits (new): one credit per accredited session
• Building Science Specialist (BSS) credits: one credit per hour of presentation time
