MEGACON Orlando is FAN EXPO HQ's annual four-day pop-culture convention at the Orange County Convention Center, open to the public. It covers comics, sci-fi, horror, anime, gaming and cosplay, with celebrity guests, creators, workshops and a large shopping floor.

MEGACON Orlando runs May 20–23, 2027 at Orange County Convention Center, Orlando.

What it is

MEGACON Orlando is a four-day pop-culture fan convention covering comics, sci-fi, horror, anime, gaming and cosplay. It is a public, family-friendly event, not a trade show. The program mixes celebrity guests, voice actors, comic creators and cosplayers with a large shopping floor.

Artists compete in sketch duels, and "How To" workshops run alongside panels and costume events. FAN EXPO HQ produces it, part of Informa; the organizer describes FAN EXPO HQ as the largest comic con producer in the world.

Show hours

• Thursday: 4 PM – 9 PM, with a special preview from 2 PM for VIP, Ultimate and 4-Day pass holders who bought in advance
• Friday: 10 AM – 7 PM
• Saturday: 10 AM – 7 PM
• Sunday: 10 AM – 5 PM (the shortest day)
