NBAA-BACE 2027 in Las Vegas
NBAA-BACE is back in Las Vegas on October 19–21, 2027. The National Business Aviation Association lists two locations for the three days: the Las Vegas Convention Center for exhibits and education, and Henderson Executive Airport for the aircraft on display. NBAA has published the dates as a save-the-date; the full programme follows later.
What it is
NBAA-BACE is the Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition of the National Business Aviation Association, a Washington, DC association founded in 1947 for companies that use general aviation aircraft in their business. The organiser describes it as bringing together the people, aircraft, technology and ideas driving the industry. Its audience list runs from flight department teams, pilots and crew, flight attendants and aircraft technicians to schedulers and dispatchers, airport managers and users, air traffic controllers, aerospace engineers, and young professionals and students.
How the show is laid out
- Two sites. Exhibits and the education programme are at the convention center. The static display, which NBAA calls the Aircraft Connection, is at Henderson Executive Airport in Henderson, a separate trip from the Strip. In 2026 the Aircraft Connection ran on the first two days of the show only, so check its dates before planning a visit.
- Education tracks. The programme is organised into focused education tracks by role, from leadership and operations to maintenance, safety and emerging technology.
- Around the main show. NBAA runs Professional Development Program courses in conjunction with NBAA-BACE in the days before it opens, plus keynotes and a creators studio for business aviation podcasters and social media hosts.
- Exhibiting. The 2027 exhibitor application is already open on NBAA's site.
After Las Vegas
NBAA has announced NBAA-BACE 2028 for October 10–12, 2028 in New Orleans, at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center and Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport.
