Aerospace Meetings Querétaro is a B2B business convention for the aerospace supply chain in Mexico, organized by BCI Aerospace. OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers and service providers from around the world meet over two days of B2B meetings, conferences and networking. The organizer describes Querétaro as one of Mexico's main aerospace hubs.

Exhibiting suppliers present their products, technologies and services to OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers and MROs operating in Mexico. Buyers come from sourcing, purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and R&D.

Daily program

The organizer's program for February 16 and 17 has the same shape each day:

Meetings and sectors

Meetings are booked in advance through a matchmaking platform. Participants submit their capabilities and needs, browse attendee profiles in an online catalogue, request and confirm meetings, and then receive an individual schedule.

The platform's sectors run from composites, electronics, technical textiles and special materials to structures, propulsion, UAVs and engines, and satellites. When checked, registration for 2028 was listed as "available soon."
