The NGA Show 2027
The NGA Show 2027 runs January 31 – February 2, 2027, at the MGM Grand Conference Center in Las Vegas. The conference runs all three days, and the exhibits are open February 1–2.
What it is
The NGA Show is the National Grocers Association's event for the independent grocery industry, produced and managed by Clarion Events in partnership with NGA. It brings together grocery retailers, wholesalers, food and CPG manufacturers, and service providers. Retail attendees range from owners and CEOs to department heads, category and store managers, and IT, finance, HR and marketing staff.
On the floor, exhibitors cover center store, fresh, technology, corporate and operational services, store design, health and wellness, and seasonal merchandise. For 2027, the organizer is holding the whole event at the MGM Grand Conference Center so that everything is under one roof.
Trade-only admission
The show is business-to-business and not open to the public. Attendance is limited to grocery industry professionals: retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, distributors and service providers. What a pass includes depends on the registration package.
Retailers and wholesalers can register teams as a bundle, and cancellations must be made in writing by December 18, 2026. Connections Housing is the only official hotel partner.
Education and co-located programs
The education program has keynotes and general sessions, breakout sessions and short theater sessions on the expo floor. The 2027 topic areas are Technology & AI, Business Strategy, Fresh Foods, Merchandising, Operations, Omnichannel Marketing and Personnel Development.
The Independent Grocers Alliance co-locates with its own IGA education track and the IGA Awards of Excellence ceremony. Fresh Pitches sets up scheduled introductions between suppliers and independent retail buyers, and the show also runs a New Retailer Program.
