StorePoint Fresh runs January 31–February 3, 2027 in Denver.

What it is

StorePoint Fresh is an invite-only hosted-buyer event for the grocery and supermarket industry, run by Emerald under its CPMG events portfolio. Grocery executives who make decisions on the store environment meet suppliers of the things that fill a fresh-food store.

On the retail side, attendees work in category management, store design, store development, store planning, strategic sourcing and visual merchandising. Supplier categories include:

• fixtures, displays and shelving; checkouts and millwork; carts
• refrigeration and coolers; food service equipment; materials handling equipment
• lighting and electrical; graphics and signage; flooring; building materials and plumbing
• customer-facing and operational technology; facilities, installation and merchandising services

How the format works

The organizer says this is not a traditional trade show. Retailers are placed in advance into peer groups of 7–9 executives, and suppliers give each group a 20-minute boardroom presentation. Private 15-minute one-on-one appointments come on top of that, along with keynote and content sessions and a full program of receptions and dinners.

Qualified retailers help build their own agenda, and the organizer pays their air, hotel and meals. Suppliers buy presentation and meeting packages that guarantee meetings with relevant buyers. The packages include meals, the social events and a directory listing, and sponsorships are optional.

Schedule shape

• Saturday, January 30: arrivals, badge pickup and an evening cocktail hour
• Sunday, January 31: optional indoor golf or F1-simulator outings (pre-registration required), then orientations, the opening keynote and a welcome dinner
• Monday and Tuesday: boardroom presentations and one-on-one appointments, ending with a closing reception and dinner
• Wednesday, February 3: departures only, with airport shuttles and a grab-and-go breakfast from 4 to 10 a.m.
