Northwest Food Show 2027

The Northwest Food Show 2027 runs April 18–19, 2027, in Hall D of the Portland Expo Center, 2060 N Marine Drive, Portland, Oregon.

What it is

The Northwest Food Show is a business-to-business foodservice show that, the organizer says, has brought restaurant, foodservice and hospitality buyers and sellers together for over 60 years. It is run by the Oregon Restaurant & Lodging Association.

Exhibitors are food, beverage, equipment and service suppliers to the trade. The organizer lists attendees from restaurants and cafés, bars and taverns, catering, brokers, institutions (universities, schools, hospitals and corrections), and food carts and mobile vendors.

• Sunday, April 18: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Monday, April 19: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

This is a trade-only event and not open to the general public. Every attendee must work in the restaurant, foodservice or hospitality industry and be 16 or older, with no exceptions, and solicitation by attendees is prohibited. Online registration opens in January 2027, and pre-registering speeds up entry.

• Alcohol Pavilion: a 21+ area where Northwest breweries, wineries and distilleries pour samples
