Phocuswright Conference 2027
About Phocuswright Conference
A long-standing travel technology and distribution conference focusing on innovation, trends, and market insights involving travel tech companies worldwide.
The Phocuswright Conference 2027 in Los Angeles
The Phocuswright Conference 2027 runs November 16–18, 2027 in Los Angeles, California. Phocuswright has announced the dates and city; the venue has not been named yet, and the organiser says more details will follow.
What it is
The Phocuswright Conference is Phocuswright's annual November conference for the travel, tourism and hospitality industry, billed as the place “where travel's decision-makers gather” to “dissect, debate and define what travel will look like in the years ahead”. The organiser builds the programme around three things: targeted networking, sessions designed for questions and debate, and research-driven content, with Phocuswright's own primary research presented and argued over on stage.
How the programme is laid out
The 2027 agenda is not out yet. At the 2026 conference in Ft. Lauderdale the three days were built from:
- Industry Roundtables: small, off-the-record discussions grouped by business interest and moderated by industry experts and Phocuswright analysts.
- Breakout Sessions: short educational sessions in a smaller, interactive setting, run in slots between the main-stage programme.
- Young Leaders Summit and Startup Program on the first morning, the latter a curated networking session connecting startups with corporates and investors.
- Cruise Summit: a cruise-industry session on market insights and AI.
- Networking Showcase, open all day alongside the sessions.
In 2026 the attendee app and web platform opened at the end of October, ahead of the conference, so registered attendees could start booking meetings and adding sessions before arriving.
Other Phocuswright events in 2027
Phocuswright Europe 2027 is in London on 24–26 May 2027, and the WiT series runs in Cape Town, Seoul, Japan and Singapore through the year.
