RecFest USA returns to The Fairgrounds in Nashville, Tennessee, on October 6–7, 2027.
What it is
A two-day event for in-house talent acquisition and HR professionals, resourcing leaders and hiring managers, produced by The Recruitment Events Co. RecFest runs as a festival rather than a conference-hall event: talks, technology showcases and interactive activations on multiple stages in an outdoor setting, with recruitment-technology exhibitors on site.
Who it's for
It is built for in-house recruiting teams. The 2026 Nashville programme was built around "the Human Advantage" and the role people will play as recruiting becomes more automated. Past Nashville content has included guides for specific sectors, such as healthcare talent acquisition.
