STAFDA Convention 2027 in Orlando
The STAFDA Annual Convention & Trade Show runs Sunday to Tuesday, November 14–16, 2027, at the Orange County Convention Center, 9800 International Dr, Orlando, Florida.
What it is
STAFDA is the Specialty Tools & Fasteners Distributors Association, and its annual convention moves between U.S. cities: Anaheim in 2026, Orlando in 2027. It pairs a trade show of manufacturers selling into the specialty tool and fastener distribution channel with networking events and education sessions for distributors.
Who can attend
- Members only. The association states that you must be a STAFDA member to attend the convention.
- Manufacturers must exhibit. Manufacturer members must exhibit in order to attend. STAFDA says it removed the walk-the-show option after feedback about non-exhibiting manufacturers selling in the aisles and off the show floor.
How the days have run
The 2027 agenda is not yet posted. At the 2026 Anaheim convention the Sunday carried a roundtable networking session, an inventory-management workshop and an opening party; the trade show opened at noon on Monday after a general session; and Tuesday's show floor closed at 2 p.m., followed by a closing economic update session.
That programme also included a Power Pavilion of new products for distributor viewing and voting, a Tech Pavilion of software and technology partners, a Rep Room and short Educational Spark Sessions on the show days. Expect a similar shape, and check the organiser's agenda once it is published.
