The AI Conference 2027 in San Francisco

The AI Conference returns to San Francisco on October 12–14, 2027. The organiser has published the dates as a save-the-date; it has not yet named a 2027 venue. The 2026 conference was held at Pier 48 (Sheds A and B) in the Mission Rock waterfront district.

What it is

The AI Conference is a multi-day event run by The AI Conference, LLC, covering agentic AI, AGI, frontier models, infrastructure, security, governance, evaluation, AI startups, emerging architectures and enterprise applications. Its audience runs from engineers and ML researchers to product managers, founders and executives.

How the 2026 programme was built

The organiser's 2026 format is the best guide to what to expect until the 2027 agenda is out:

• Day ZERØ opened the week: a smaller-room day of workshops in a technical track and a leadership track, plus a live AI Hack Day. The Day ZERØ pass included the full conference pass.
• Two main conference days followed, with main-stage keynotes and five tracks: AI Frontiers, AI Builders, The AI Stack, Applied AI and AI Strategy.
• The Startup Showdown put emerging AI companies on stage to present live, and the Innovation Hub was the sponsor and startup showcase.
• AI Week events, including Party in the Park and Ignite Talks, were open to conference pass holders.
