Advanced Design & Manufacturing Toronto is an Informa Markets trade show that puts six manufacturing sectors on one floor: design, automation, packaging, plastics, processing and EV technology. It is aimed at engineers, executives, plant and production professionals and purchasing buyers in Canadian manufacturing.

Advanced Design & Manufacturing Toronto runs November 9–11, 2027 at Toronto Congress Centre, Toronto.

What it is

ADM Toronto puts six advanced manufacturing areas on one floor: design, automation, packaging, plastics, processing and EV technology. Informa Markets organizes it and bills it as "Canada's only end-to-end international advanced manufacturing trade show." Exhibitors cover 3D printing, CAD/CAM, injection molding, machining, rapid prototyping, robotics and automation, and electric-vehicle and battery manufacturing. The organizer lists its visitors as including engineers (automation, design, packaging, processing and plant), owners and executives, R&D staff, plant maintenance and production teams, and purchasing professionals.

Hours and admission

• Expo floor: 10 a.m.–4 p.m. on Tuesday, November 9 and Wednesday, November 10. The last day, Thursday, November 11, closes an hour earlier, at 3 p.m.
• Registration opens the day before, Monday, November 8, from 12–5 p.m.
• No one under 18 is allowed in the expo halls or conference rooms, and there is no childcare on site.

Education on the show floor

At the 2025 show, the expo pass included three days of open-to-all sessions, workshops and live demos, and keynotes were open to everyone. The 2025 floor program had:

• a Centre Stage covering AI, cybersecurity, supply chain management and funding
• a Tech Theatre with technical talks from selected exhibitors
• a one-day Battery and EV Manufacturing track
• ADM Pathways, with mentorship and recruiting sessions
• a Reusable Packaging Innovation Showcase presented by PAC Global with Environment and Climate Change Canada
