Advanced Therapies USA is Terrapinn's cell and gene therapy conference and exhibition for ATMP developers. It brings pharma, biotech and start-up executives together with researchers, clinicians, payers and regulators, and it is the US counterpart of Terrapinn's UK Advanced Therapies Congress.

Advanced Therapies USA runs November 4–5, 2026 at Hynes Convention Center, Boston.

What it is

Advanced Therapies USA is a two-day cell and gene therapy conference and exhibition run by Terrapinn. It is the Boston version of Terrapinn's Advanced Therapies Congress in the UK, which the organizer calls "Europe's largest commercially focused ATMP event." The event is built for leaders of companies developing advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMPs) and their senior executives.

Speakers come from the whole development chain: pharma, biotech and start-ups, researchers, clinicians, academics, health technology assessment bodies, payers and regulators. An advisory board of ATMP experts helps build the agenda each year.

The content is organized into topic streams:

• Gene modified cell therapy (CAR-T, NK and gamma-delta cells)
• Cell therapy, gene therapy and gene editing
• Cell therapy manufacturing and viral vector manufacturing

Each day has keynotes. The keynotes on Thursday, November 5 include a panel on investment in advanced therapies.
