BITAC Casino Resorts 2027

BITAC Casino Resorts is an invitation-only hosted-buyer event from BITAC, Inc. that pairs C-level executives from independent gaming hotels, casino resorts and cruise ships with suppliers of furnishings, gaming products, technology, F&B equipment and services, through pre-arranged one-on-one meetings, panels and networking.

BITAC Casino Resorts 2027

BITAC Casino Resorts runs May 23–25, 2027 at the Omni Amelia Island resort on Amelia Island, Florida.

What it is

BITAC Casino Resorts is a 2+ day event of education, relationship-building and private meetings between executive decision-makers and solution providers focused on lodging and gaming at casino properties. The organiser says it draws C-level executives from independent gaming hotels and resorts, cruise ships, and management and development companies, looking for products such as emerging technology, marketing services, gaming products, F&B products and equipment, FF&E, security, gaming tables, OS&E, guestroom amenities, lighting, flooring and décor.

How the format works

BITAC says plainly that it does not resemble a traditional conference or trade show. It is invitation-only, with attendance controlled on both sides:

• Scheduled meetings. Buyers move around an Open Marketplace with schedules in hand and meet suppliers at their tables in 15-minute sessions. BITAC says participating suppliers are assured a minimum of 18 one-on-one meetings.
• A set daily rhythm. The preliminary agenda opens with registration and a welcome reception on the first afternoon, then two days of breakfast and lunch general sessions, educational panels, private meetings and open networking, with a team-building activity and evening receptions.
• Seated meals. Assigned seating at seven sit-down meals is built in as extra meeting time.
