BITAC Luxury 2027

BITAC Luxury is an invitation-only hosted-buyer event from BITAC, Inc. for decision-makers at 4, 5 and 6 star lodging properties, design, purchasing and architecture firms, and cruise and corporate brands, who meet suppliers of FF&E, fixtures, technology and guest amenities through pre-arranged one-on-one meetings, panels and networking.

BITAC Luxury 2027

BITAC Luxury runs February 7–9, 2027 at the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island on Amelia Island, Florida.

What it is

BITAC Luxury brings together decision-makers from 4, 5 and 6 star properties across the US and beyond who work on the design, construction, renovation and day-to-day operation of luxury hotels. The organiser lists specifiers and project managers from independent and branded lodging properties, design, purchasing and architectural firms, large corporate and cruise brands, and management and development companies. They come to source products and services such as FF&E, bathroom fixtures and amenities, OS&E, lighting, housekeeping and maintenance supplies, flooring, guestroom technology and security, soft goods, outdoor furnishings and décor.

How the format works

BITAC describes its events as unlike a traditional conference or trade show:

• Invitation only. Numbers on both sides are controlled.
• Pre-scheduled meetings. Buyers and suppliers meet in 15-minute one-on-one sessions arranged around each buyer's product needs; BITAC says suppliers are assured a minimum of 18.
• The agenda. Registration and a welcome reception open the event on the first afternoon, followed by two days of general sessions, educational panels, private meetings and open networking, a team-building activity, and evening receptions and dinners with assigned seating.
