What it is

Channel Partners Conference & Expo is a conference and trade show for the IT and telecom channel: the technology advisors, managed service providers (MSPs), VARs, consultants, integrators and technology service distributors who resell and manage technology for business customers. The organizer describes a "vendor-neutral expo hall" of technology suppliers and distributors. It bills the show as "the largest independent channel event in the world" and says attendance splits roughly 50% IT and 50% telecom partners.

The show marks 30 years in 2027 and runs over four days in Las Vegas. Exhibit categories on the floor include:

• RMM and PSA platforms
• SASE, SD-WAN and cybersecurity
• Telephony, UC/UCaaS and contact center (CCaaS)
• Cloud, SaaS, data center and colocation
• Backup, business continuity and disaster recovery

Co-located MSP Summit and program

The show runs alongside MSP Summit, a program built for anyone selling managed services, not only MSPs. At the 2026 show, MSP Summit keynotes were open to all attendees, while its conference sessions and workshops needed a Standard or Premium Pass.

That split is worth checking when 2027 registration opens. The 2026 program also included a CEO Track aimed at technology advisors and agent leaders, an AI Symposium and a Sales Workshop.
