The Columbus Building & Renovation Expo is a January consumer home show at the Ohio Expo Center, where Columbus-area homeowners meet remodeling contractors and home improvement exhibitors. It is produced by L&L Exhibition Management, Inc.

Columbus Building & Renovation Expo runs January 8–10, 2027 at Ohio Expo Center, Columbus.

What it is

This is a consumer home show, not a trade-only event. The organizer pitches it to Columbus-area homeowners who are planning projects for the year ahead and want to meet contractors face to face.

Exhibitors are home improvement contractors and product companies: kitchens and baths, custom remodeling, windows, siding, roofing, doors, sunrooms, room additions, basements, cabinets, countertops, flooring, landscaping, decks, patios, and saunas and spas. Featured exhibitors named by the organizer range from plumbing and pest control firms to hardscape builders, outdoor-lighting designers and shed makers.

It is run by L&L Exhibition Management, Inc., a home-show producer founded in 1993. For exhibitors, the organizer frames the January date as a chance to generate leads at a time of year when new contacts are hardest to find.

Hours and admission

The show is held in Kasich Hall at the Ohio Expo Center (717 E 17th Avenue).

• Saturday, January 9: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday, January 10: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Adults pay admission; children under 18 get in free. A discounted ticket is available by entering an email address on the show's ticket-discount page.

Parking at the Ohio Expo Center is charged separately per entry. Exhibitors offer show-only specials during the three days.
