The Madison Home Expo is L&L Shows' January home show at Monona Terrace Convention Center in Madison, Wisconsin. Homeowners meet local remodelers, builders, landscapers and design professionals and attend weekend home improvement seminars.

Madison Home Expo runs January 8–10, 2027 at Monona Terrace Convention Center, Madison.

What it is

The Madison Home Expo is a public home show produced by L&L Shows. It is for homeowners starting a remodel, a build or an outdoor project. The organizer pitches it as a chance to meet the area's remodelers, builders, landscapers and design professionals and to pick up design trends, product news and maintenance tips, especially in kitchen and bath remodeling and landscaping.

The featured exhibitor list shows the range: interior and exterior remodelers, custom home builders, deck and sunroom builders, painters, lawn care and landscape firms, fence installers, water treatment, and a pottery maker.

The show is held at Monona Terrace, which the organizer calls the only convention center designed by Frank Lloyd Wright.

Hours and admission

• Friday, January 8: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (afternoon only)
• Saturday, January 9: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday, January 10: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Adult admission is charged, and children under 18 are free. Signing up with an email on the ticket-discount page gets a discounted admission.

Seminars

Home improvement seminars and demonstrations run over the weekend. The organizer lists them as free, with registration for each session, and registering enters you in a door-prize drawing. The early 2027 line-up:

• Landscape lighting (1 PM, Saturday and Sunday)
• Eco-friendly home maintenance and seasonal cleaning (2 PM, Saturday and Sunday)
• Lawn care with fewer pesticides (3 PM, Saturday)

The organizer notes that presenters are added regularly.
