Cyber Security Summit Tampa 2027
The Tampa Official Cybersecurity Summit is on Tuesday, February 2, 2027, at the Hilton Tampa Downtown, 211 North Tampa Street. The day runs from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern, and the registration page carries a link for booking a room at the hotel.
What it is
CyberRisk Alliance bills this as the 8th annual Tampa summit: a one-day, in-person event for CISOs and senior security leaders, with panels, solution showcases and strategy discussions. The organiser says the day includes a catered breakfast, a networking lunch and a closing cocktail reception, and that it holds its summits in hotels rather than convention centers.
The agenda
The agenda is built around three themes: AI, automation and emerging-tech risk; supply chain, third-party and identity risk; and resilience, with cyber risk quantification and reporting security in business terms. Expect discussion of AI in threat detection and incident response alongside governance frameworks for generative AI.
Before you register
- Practitioners only. Admission is reserved for active cybersecurity, IT and information security practitioners, and every registration is reviewed. Students, interns, educators, people not currently employed in IT, and anyone in a sales or marketing role are not eligible.
- Credits. Attendees who stay for the whole day and confirm their attendance at the end receive a certificate for Continuing Education Units (CEU) or Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits.
The 2027 calendar
Tampa opens the 2027 schedule. The same format then moves to Atlanta (February 4), Silicon Valley (February 16), San Diego (February 18), New York City (February 23), Seattle/Bellevue (March 18), DC Metro (March 18), Philadelphia (April 22), Chicago (April 27), Boston (April 29), Minneapolis (May 25), Austin (May 27), Milwaukee (June 2), St. Louis (June 3) and Denver (June 16), with a second Boston summit on October 14.
