Expo Jamaica 2027

Expo Jamaica is a biennial exhibition and trade show run by the Jamaica Manufacturers and Exporters Association (JMEA) in Kingston. It shows only Jamaican-made products and services to local consumers, the diaspora and international buyers.

Expo Jamaica runs April 15–18, 2027 at Expo Jamaica National Arena, Kingston.

What it is

Expo Jamaica is run by the Jamaica Manufacturers and Exporters Association (JMEA), which calls it "the largest and most impactful exhibition and trade show of its kind in the English-speaking Caribbean." Only Jamaican-made products and services are shown. The organizer describes it as multi-sectoral, bringing manufacturers, service providers, producers, exporters and the tourism industry under one roof.

It is held every two years, and the organizer traces its history back to 1971. It is aimed at two audiences at once. Local and international buyers and distributors come to source Jamaican goods and export partners, and the general public comes to discover, sample and buy local products.

Buyer days and public days

The four days are split between trade buyers and the public:

• Thursday, April 15: Buyers Day 1, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., followed by the opening ceremony at 5:00 p.m.
• Friday, April 16: Buyers Day 2, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; a students' tour from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m.; public opening 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday, April 17 and Sunday, April 18: public days, 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Buyers register through a separate buyer registration, and the organizer arranges business matchmaking between buyers and exhibitors. Public visitors buy tickets online.
