FAN EXPO Vancouver 2027

FAN EXPO Vancouver is a three-day pop-culture convention in Vancouver covering comics, sci-fi, horror, anime, gaming and cosplay, with celebrity panels, autographs, photo ops and a shopping floor. It is produced by FAN EXPO HQ, part of Informa Connect.

FAN EXPO Vancouver runs February 13–15, 2027 at Vancouver Convention Centre West, Vancouver.

What it is

FAN EXPO Vancouver is a three-day pop-culture convention for fans of comics, sci-fi, horror, anime, gaming and cosplay. This is a public fan event, not a trade-only show. The weekend is built around celebrity guests: Q&A panels, autograph sessions and professional photo ops.

The guest lineup also includes comic creators, animation voice actors and anime guests, gaming stars and cosplayers. The organizer also lists Sketch Duels between comic artists, "How To" workshops, family-zone activities and a large shopping floor with retailers and an Artist Alley.

The show is produced by FAN EXPO HQ, part of Informa Connect. FAN EXPO HQ also runs FAN EXPO Canada, MEGACON Orlando, CALGARY EXPO, EDMONTON EXPO and FAN EXPO shows in several U.S. cities.

Hours and tickets

• Saturday to Monday. Doors open at 10 AM each day, and the last day closes at 5 PM. The organizer's pages disagree on Saturday and Sunday closing times, so check the official schedule before you go.
• VIP head start. VIP packages get onto the show floor at 9:30 AM each day.
• Ticket types. Options include multi-day, single-day, family passes (single-day admission for two adults 18+ and up to four children aged 6–12), youth single-day tickets for ages 13–17 and child passes. Advance pricing ends January 28, 2027, and tickets cost more after that.
• Photo ops and autographs are purchased separately from admission.

Getting there

The show is in the West Building at 1055 Canada Place. The organizer points drivers to the VINCI Park garage under Vancouver Convention Centre East (enter at the foot of Howe Street) and lists several nearby lots. SkyTrain's Canada Line connects Waterfront Station with Vancouver International Airport.
