Finance & Accounting for Bioscience runs September 24–25, 2026 at Sheraton Boston Hotel, Boston.

What it is

Finance & Accounting for Bioscience is Informa Connect's forum for finance and accounting professionals across the life sciences. Attendees range from clinical and pre-clinical biotechs to mature commercial-stage bio/pharma companies. The conference is CPE-accredited.

Speakers are bio/pharma finance leaders alongside government authorities and consulting and advisory firms, and the program includes an SEC and FASB town hall. It runs as part of Biotech Week Boston.

The program is organized around four themes:

• Accounting Excellence – SEC/FASB reporting, clinical trial accruals, audit readiness
• Financial Strategies for Growth – capital markets, venture and private equity funding, capital allocation
• Digital Transformation & AI Integration – forecasting, gross-to-net (GTN) operations, ERP systems
• Geopolitical and Market Dynamics – pricing, tariffs, Medicare and MFN policy

Schedule and format

• Day 1 opens with registration and breakfast at 7:00 am. The afternoon splits into parallel Pre-Commercial and Commercial tracks. The day ends with an evening networking reception from 5:45 to 6:45 pm.
• Day 2 is shorter, with the conference closing at 3:50 pm.
• Restricted sessions. The Industry-Only Executive Think Tank is limited to Head of/VP/C-suite attendees employed by a life sciences manufacturer. Lunchtime Solution Summit sessions are also restricted to life sciences manufacturer employees.

CPE credits and hotel

• The recommended credit is up to 16.2 Group Live CPE credits for the conference (NASBA field of study: Accounting; program level: Intermediate).
• Credit requires in-person attendance and answering live-polling questions in the ConnectMe app. On-demand or re-streamed sessions do not qualify. Certificates are issued up to 60 days after the event.
• The Sheraton Boston room block is full. Accommodation is not included in registration, and attendees book their own.
