The Grand Rapids International Wine, Beer & Food Festival is a yearly November consumer tasting festival produced by ShowSpan in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Wineries, breweries, cideries, spirits brands and local restaurants pour and serve to the public.

Grand Rapids International Wine, Beer & Food Festival runs November 20–21, 2026 in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

What it is

This is a consumer tasting festival produced by ShowSpan. Wineries, breweries, cideries, spirits brands and local restaurants pour and serve to the public.

ShowSpan bills it to exhibitors as "the largest festival of its kind in the Midwest". Exhibitors can also take part in an Industry Event to show their products to distributors, suppliers, importers and other food and beverage businesses; the organizer says all MLCC-licensed businesses are invited.

Features at the 2025 festival

ShowSpan's feature pages still describe the 2025 festival and say 2026 details will follow in the fall. Last year the floor was organized into zones called The Vineyard, Beer City Station, Cider Row, the Barrel Room and the Meijer Marketplace, with:

• The Elite Collection, inside The Vineyard: a curated selection of highly rated or award-winning wines.
• Tasting sessions led by sommeliers, cicerones and mixologists.
• Small Plate Restaurants and The World Food Lounge for food and cocktails.
• Pairing Dinners: hour-long seated multi-course meals paired with wine, beer or cocktails.

Hours and tickets

• Friday, November 20: 4–9 p.m.
• Saturday, November 21: 2–9 p.m.
• The Cheers for Charity VIP Night is on Thursday, November 19, 6–9 p.m. It has its own ticket, and part of each ticket goes to Hospice of Michigan.

Admission is sold per day, for Friday or Saturday. Drink tickets for sampling and Pairing Dinner seats are bought separately from admission.

For exhibitors

Booth applications are handled first-come, first-served. Move-in runs from Wednesday, November 18 to Friday, November 20, at times assigned by booth location.
