Be+Well is the new name for IECSC — the International Esthetics, Cosmetics & Spa Conferences. The rebranded show series continues IECSC's spa and wellness trade events, covering skincare, esthetics and spa business across its Las Vegas, New York and Florida series.

Be+Well | Beauty and Wellness Show Florida runs August 15–16, 2027 at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami Beach, Florida. It is a new location: the 2026 show was at the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale.

The International Esthetics, Cosmetics & Spa Conference (IECSC) has become Be+Well. Questex, which runs the show, describes Be+Well as the joining of IECSC and the International Beauty Show (IBS) under one name, and the Florida show as "the new home of IECSC Florida". There are also Be+Well shows in New York and Las Vegas.

What it is

A trade show and conference for beauty, spa and wellness professionals: estheticians, spa owners and medical spa staff, brow, lash and wax technicians, wellness professionals, and students and future professionals. The organizer says the shows are designed for professionals and are most useful to those licensed, working or studying in the industry. It does not require a license at the door, since not all states license salon and spa professionals, but recommends bringing some form of professional identification.

Education and passes

The program mixes paid conference sessions with free, product-focused education on the expo floor. Conference topics have included makeup and nail enhancements, business growth and leadership, profitability, science-backed skincare, holistic wellness, and marketing and branding. Passes range from expo-only access for one or two days to bundles that add a set number of conference sessions; individual sessions can be added to an expo pass.
