ILTM North America is RX's appointment-based luxury travel show, where luxury hotels, destinations and experiences meet advisors who plan trips for high-net-worth North American travelers. It moved to Baha Mar in The Bahamas after 10 years in Mayakoba.

ILTM North America runs September 28–October 1, 2026 at Baha Mar, Nassau.

What it is

ILTM North America is the North American show in RX's International Luxury Travel Market portfolio. It is an appointment-based marketplace where luxury travel brands meet travel advisors and press. Exhibitors include luxury hotels, experiences and destinations.

The buyers are advisors who plan trips for high-net-worth North American travelers, and some also handle corporate and entertainment clients across the Americas. Travel and lifestyle media attend as well.

Pre-scheduled appointments are the core of the show, booked through a matchmaking tool. Around them, the four-day program includes an Opening Speech and networking at bars, restaurants and parties around the resort.

The 2026 program opens with a Welcome Cocktail at Baha Mar on Monday, September 28, 6:00–8:00 PM. Other sessions and events take place in the Baha Mar convention center and at the resort's venues.

Who can attend as a buyer

Buyer places are limited, and applicants have to meet the organizer's criteria. They must:

• sell outbound travel to multiple markets on at least two continents
• show recent or future luxury bookings and give three luxury-property references
• have been established in the market for at least 12 months
• be a senior decision-maker with authority to buy
• not be attending to sell their own product

A Hosted Buyer Programme contributes toward flights and hotel, subject to availability.

Getting there

The show moved to Baha Mar on Cable Beach after 10 years in Mayakoba. The resort has three hotels: Rosewood, SLS and Grand Hyatt. Lynden Pindling International Airport (NAS) is about 10 minutes away.

The organizer recommends booking rooms early through its official DMC partner, bnetwork. Self-parking and valet at the resort are complimentary.
