ILTM North America is RX's appointment-based luxury travel show, where luxury hotels, destinations and experiences meet advisors who plan trips for high-net-worth North American travelers. It moved to Baha Mar in The Bahamas after 10 years in Mayakoba.

ILTM North America runs September 27–30, 2027, Monday to Thursday, at Baha Mar, 1 Baha Mar Blvd, Nassau, The Bahamas.
What it is
ILTM North America is the Bahamas-based show in RX's International Luxury Travel Market portfolio. It brings luxury travel brands (hotels, experiences and destinations) together with travel advisors who curate trips for high-net-worth North American travellers, plus press covering luxury travel and lifestyle.
How the show works
- Appointments come first. The organiser describes highly curated meetings booked through a matchmaking tool, with up to 54 pre-scheduled meetings.
- Opening Speech. The programme opens with an address on trends in luxury travel.
- Networking. Networking events and parties run through the four days around the resort.
- Three ways in. Brands apply to exhibit, advisors attend as buyers, and travel press join as media.
