Intelligent Vehicle Expo North America is a trade show and technical conference on AI, software-defined vehicles, autonomous driving, connectivity and vehicle cybersecurity. It is aimed at OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers and technology startups, and is run by UKi Media & Events, a division of CloserStill Media.

Intelligent Vehicle Expo North America runs October 27–29, 2026 at Vibe Credit Union Showplace, Novi.

What it is

The expo covers the technology inside software-defined and autonomous vehicles:

• AI and software-defined vehicle architectures
• Autonomous and assisted driving systems
• Cloud, edge and in-vehicle computing
• Connectivity and over-the-air updates
• Cybersecurity, safety and privacy

On the show floor you will find AV/ADAS software and hardware, simulation and validation tools, lidar, radar, cameras, chips, HD mapping and localization, and V2X communications. The organizer's audience list is OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, technology startups, engineers and developers, researchers, regulators, fleet operators and investors. The show is run by UKi Media & Events, a division of CloserStill Media.

Part of Vehicle Tech Week North America

The expo is one of the shows in Vehicle Tech Week North America, a new combined event in Novi for 2026. The other shows are Automotive Testing Expo North America and Automotive Design & In-Cabin Expo North America, and the week also launches the Advanced Chassis & Powertrain Showcase.

Admission and conference

• Trade only. The event is for industry professionals aged 16 and over.
• Free expo pass. The same pass gets you into the Intelligent Vehicle conference, a free three-day technical program. Its 2026 themes are software, AI and SDV architecture; safe autonomous deployment; and system-level interoperability.
