Nova Future Summit 2026

Nova Future Summit is an invite-only executive forum in Napa Valley on the convergence of big tech, telecoms, investment and infrastructure, focused on AI, data and connectivity. It is co-created by the GSMA and Wing Venture Capital and runs media-free under the Chatham House Rule.

What it is

The organizer describes Nova Future Summit as "an invite-only forum at the intersection of big tech, global communications, investment and infrastructure." It gathers senior leaders working on AI, data, devices and communications for peer-level discussion. The GSMA, which runs MWC Barcelona, co-created the summit with the venture capital firm Wing Venture Capital. Attendance is capped at 500, there is no press, and sessions run under the Chatham House Rule.

The discussion areas include intelligence systems (AI and agents), global compute and data infrastructure, the future of connectivity ecosystems, capital and business models, trust and cyber resilience, frontier technologies, and governance.

Format and schedule

• Day 0 (September 28): the program starts with a CEO keynote salon at 3:30 pm, followed by a sunset welcome dinner.
• Day 1 (September 29): keynotes and high-level talks, then a gala reception and dinner.
• Day 2 (September 30): boardrooms and keynote discussions in the morning. The program ends at 2 pm after a networking lunch.
• Session formats: Keynote Salons, open-floor Keynote Discussions, smaller Boardroom strategy sessions, and curated RSVP Roundtables for up to 25 people.

Attending

• Attendance is by invitation only. You request an invitation through the website, and invitations are non-transferable.
• Invited delegates must register and buy a Delegate Pass. The pass includes two nights' accommodation at the host resort.
• Phones are to be switched off during sessions, and recording or attributing remarks is not allowed.
• The dress code is business or business casual. Evening networking events are held outdoors.
• The nearest major airports are SFO, OAK and SMF, each about 60–90 minutes' drive away.
