The Alberta Equipment Expo is a heavy equipment trade show in Edmonton covering machinery, road construction, forestry and infrastructure maintenance. It is produced by Master Promotions, which also runs the National Heavy Equipment Show and the Atlantic Heavy Equipment Show.

What it is

The Alberta Equipment Expo is a heavy equipment trade show. The organizer says it covers machinery, forestry, road construction and infrastructure maintenance, and its exhibitor list takes in equipment, dealers and gear for construction, roadbuilding and more.

The show debuted in 2025. For its 2027 return the organizer has added a hall and expanded the floor plan.

The show is run by Master Promotions, and the site's footer credits Marketplace Events. Master Promotions also runs the National Heavy Equipment Show, the Atlantic Heavy Equipment Show, Expo Grand Travaux, Canada North Resources Expo and DEMO International.

Registration and entry

• Pre-registering online lets you skip the box office and use a separate check-in line to print your badge. Bring your registration confirmation.
• Your badge is your ticket and works on both days, so you only register once. You can register on your own, without a company.
• Registration is for people 18 and over. Unemployed youth enter free with an adult and don't need a badge.
• Exhibitors can scan your badge to follow up after the show.
• Pets are not allowed. Properly identified on-duty service animals are.
