RDH Under One Roof runs July 8–10, 2027 in Nashville.

What it is

The organizer's short version is that RDH Under One Roof "is All About Dental Hygienists." It is a three-day dental hygiene education conference with an exhibit hall, run by Endeavor Business Media, which also publishes RDH magazine. The 2027 event is billed as the 27th annual conference. Hygienists take courses from industry speakers and visit the exhibit floor, where companies show new dental hygiene products and equipment.

Registration and CE credits

• A full conference registration covers all general sessions, including the mega, keynote and wrap-up sessions. It also covers exhibit hall access, lunch on the hall floor on Friday and Saturday, a kickoff party on Thursday, and receptions on the exhibit hall floor on Thursday and Friday evenings. Some receptions need advance registration and have limited space.
• Workshops are not included. They are small, hands-on courses that are ticketed separately, and the organizer warns they often sell out before the event.
• General sessions are seated first come, first served.
• The organizer says attendees can earn up to 20 CE credits over the three days from general sessions alone. Credits are collected at an onsite CE kiosk or online afterward through the Dental Academy of Continuing Education, and course codes must be claimed within a year.
• EndeavorB2B is an ADA CERP-recognized provider and a nationally approved PACE program provider for FAGD/MAGD credit.

Schedule shape

The draft schedule starts with a pre-conference day on Wednesday, July 7, when registration opens and a first-timers reception is held. The exhibit hall first opens Thursday evening for a welcome reception and is open again during the day and evening on Friday.

Saturday is the short day: exhibits are open 9:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m., followed by a wrap-up mega session. The organizer notes the schedule is tentative.

The conference moves between cities. The organizer lists the 2028 event for July 27–29, 2028 at Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Orlando.
