StorePoint Fashion is an invite-only hosted-buyer event from Emerald's CPMG portfolio. It matches fashion-retail executives in store design, marketing, procurement and visual merchandising with in-store environment suppliers through boardroom presentations and one-on-one meetings.

StorePoint Fashion runs February 28–March 3, 2027 at Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort, Orlando.

What it is

StorePoint Fashion is an invite-only hosted-buyer event for fashion retail, run by Emerald under its CPMG events portfolio. It introduces retail executives to suppliers of products and services for the store environment. The organizer says plainly that this is not a traditional trade show.

Instead, matched meetings are scheduled over what it calls an intimate 2.5-day program. The retail side is decision makers in store design, marketing, procurement and visual merchandising. Supplier categories include:

• fixtures and displays (including POP), mannequins, millwork and flooring
• lighting, graphics and signage, fabrics and finishes, décor and furniture
• technology, logistics, merchandising services, and resets, rollouts and installations

How the format works

• Boardroom presentations: retailers are placed in advance into peer groups of 7–9 executives with similar interests. Suppliers give each group a 20-minute presentation, and a group leader keeps the sessions on time.
• One-on-one meetings: private 15-minute appointments between retailers and the suppliers they choose.
• Keynote and content sessions, plus receptions, catered dinners and optional Sunday activities.

Qualified retailers help shape their own agenda, and the organizer pays their air, hotel and meals. Suppliers take part by buying presentation and meeting packages.

The packages guarantee meetings with relevant buyers and include meals, the social events and a listing in the event directory. Sponsorships are optional extras.

Schedule shape

Badge pickup opens on Saturday, February 27. Sunday afternoon and evening bring orientations, the opening keynote and a welcome reception and dinner.

Monday and Tuesday are the working days, with boardroom presentations in the morning and one-on-one appointments in the afternoon. Wednesday, March 3 is for departures only: airport shuttles and a grab-and-go breakfast run from 4 to 10 a.m.
