Texas Realtors Annual Conference & Expo 2027
About Texas Realtors Annual Conference & Expo
A trade show and conference for realtors in Texas, combining state legislative updates, education sessions, and an extensive trade expo.
Shaping Texas Conference 2027
The 2027 Shaping Texas Conference runs August 26–29, 2027 at the Grand Hyatt, 600 East Market Street, in San Antonio, Texas — the same hotel as the 2026 conference.
What it is
Shaping Texas is the annual conference of Texas REALTORS®, the state association for real estate professionals. The association says it offers insights on real estate trends, information on risk management, and networking. All members are invited, and non-members can also register at a separate rate; current registration details are on the organizer's event page.
Planning ahead
The association's three-year meeting calendar lists its leadership meetings alongside the conference, and places the 2028 conference in Houston, August 28–31, at the Marriott Marquis.
