Americas Food & Beverage Show 2027

Trade show connecting the Americas' food and beverage industry, featuring international pavilions and products from around the world.

Americas Food & Beverage Show 2027

The Americas Food & Beverage Show returns September 27–29, 2027, with the organiser signing off its 2026 show with "See you in Miami". The 2026 show was held at the Miami Beach Convention Center; the 2027 venue has not been named yet, though a 2027 floor plan is already open to exhibitors.

What it is

A business-to-business trade show for the food and beverage industry, organised by World Trade Center Miami. It is open to the industry only: buyers come to source new products for store shelves and menus, and exhibitors are food and beverage suppliers from the US and abroad. The 2026 show marked its 30th year.

What runs alongside the floor

• Conference sessions and two stages, Center Stage and the Beverage Stage.
• New Products Showcase for launches.
• Pavilions on the show floor.

Hosted Buyers Program

The show runs a VIP Hosted Buyers Program for senior buyers who make purchasing, sourcing or import decisions: food importers and exporters, grocery wholesalers and large retailers, distributors and specialty retailers, and manufacturers and foodservice operators. Admission is by application and approval only. Accepted buyers get early access to the show floor each day, a buyers' lounge and B2B meeting space, a dedicated check-in counter and, for selected buyers, hotel accommodation.
