What it is

Terrapinn's aviation event for the Americas brings together senior leaders from commercial airlines and airports across the USA, Canada and Latin America. The organizer bills it as "The Americas' Largest Aviation Tech Conference." It is now in its 19th year, and Terrapinn expects 1,500+ attendees from airlines, airports and travel technology companies. Alongside the conference, an exhibition hall of solution providers covers payments, AI, customer experience and distribution.

Tickets and access

• The event is in person only; there is no virtual option.
• There are two passes. The 2-day ticket is open to all. The Airlines & Airport Executive Pass is limited to executives from airlines, airports and ground handling companies and requires an official work email. Both cover both days.
• A ticket includes the conference halls, exhibition floor, networking party and the Aviation Festival Networking Platform. The platform app opens two to three weeks before the event and holds your badge.
• Tickets cost less booked early, and group bookings are discounted.
• Terrapinn cannot sponsor visas but provides registered attendees with a visa support letter.
