The Madison Build, Remodel & Landscape Show is L&L Shows' late-winter home show at Monona Terrace in Madison, Wisconsin. It connects homeowners with the area's remodelers, builders, landscapers and design professionals, with weekend seminars and demonstrations.

What it is

This is a public home show for homeowners planning a remodel, a new build or a landscaping project. L&L Shows produces it.

Exhibitors are the area's remodelers, builders, landscapers and design professionals, and the program covers design trends, product offerings, maintenance tips, and what is new in kitchen and bath remodeling and landscaping. Recent featured exhibitors include landscaping, deck and sunroom, lawn care, home solar, kitchen and bath remodeling, water treatment and fencing companies.

The venue is part of the draw. The organizer describes Monona Terrace as the only convention center designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, a lakeside complex in Madison.

Hours and admission

• Friday, February 26: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (a short opening afternoon)
• Saturday, February 27: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday, February 28: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Adult admission is charged and is cash only. Children under 18 are admitted free. Visitors who enter an email on the show's ticket-discount page receive discounted admission.

Seminars

Home improvement seminars and demonstrations run on Saturday and Sunday. The organizer lists the seminars as free, and each has its own sign-up; registering also enters you in a door-prize drawing. The 2027 line-up so far:

• Planning Your Remodel (noon, Saturday and Sunday), covering drawings, design, estimates and project completion
• Landscape lighting (1 PM, Saturday and Sunday)
• Eco-friendly home maintenance and seasonal cleaning (2 PM, Saturday and Sunday)
• Lawn care with fewer pesticides (3 PM, Saturday)
