NCPA Annual Convention & Expo 2027

The National Community Pharmacists Association holds its 2027 Annual Convention in San Antonio, Texas, on September 25–28, 2027. NCPA has not yet named the venue.

What it is

NCPA represents independent community pharmacies, and the Annual Convention is its yearly gathering for pharmacy owners, technicians, students, exhibitors and sponsors. The organiser frames it as a once-a-year opportunity to grow professionally and build professional connections.

What the programme includes

• Continuing education. NCPA is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education. For the 2026 convention it offered up to 12 contact hours (1.2 CEUs), with each session accredited for 1.0 contact hour; credit required attending, entering an attendance code in NCPA's learning center and completing a feedback questionnaire. The target audience is community pharmacists and community pharmacy technicians.
• Pre-convention programmes ahead of the main sessions.
• How-To Booths with practical guidance for pharmacy teams.
• Exhibits and sponsorship aimed at independent pharmacists.
• Poster Symposium and Residency Showcase, where students present and exhibitors can recruit residents and fellows.

NCPA has published its convention cities through 2030: Louisville in 2028, San Diego in 2029 and Fort Lauderdale in 2030.
