Breakbulk Americas 2027
Breakbulk Americas returns to Houston on October 19–20, 2027, at the George R. Brown Convention Center, 1001 Avenida De Las Americas.
What it is
A two-day exhibition and conference for the breakbulk and project cargo industry: oversized, heavy-lift and project freight. Attendees include cargo owners (shippers), specialised transporters, project forwarders and other service providers. It is part of the Breakbulk series, which also runs Breakbulk Middle East in Dubai (February 2–3, 2027) and Breakbulk Europe in Rotterdam (May 11–13, 2027).
On the programme
- Two content stages. In 2026 the Breakbulk Voices and Breakbulk Live stages carried panels and live interviews on both days.
- Breakbulk Global Shipper Program. A separate ticket for cargo owners: EPCs, OEMs, energy and mining companies, and people who make project logistics decisions. Third-party logistics providers and forwarders attend as visitors, which still gives full access to the floor and the sessions.
- Networking. The 2026 show ran a Women in Breakbulk Breakfast, a Cargo & Cowboys kick-off party and the NextWave 30 awards for young professionals.
